CARAVAN KiTCHEN is a homegrown business. The idea of having a food truck came to me while being a parent spectator at my son's baseball games. Sitting there for hours with other families, eating bags of chips, or wishing we even had that, I saw an opportunity to develop a dream of mine, while also filling a void in the community.
My imagining evolved into a plan and my learning and doing began. What has come to be is this place called CARAVAN KiTCHEN!
